Waste Not, Want Not: maximum use of by-products. Our favorite is the cashew fruit which is commonly discarded by commercial cashew nut processors as “inconvenient”. We harvest each & every part of the cashew plant from local farmers which also provides their families & communities with added living income. And it provides us (and you!) with an in-cashew-ably fragrant cashew fruit infused caramel syrup which we incorporate into our creative cashew creations.
