Maison de Maé’s current notable collaboration is with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on culinary & cultural diplomacy, with The Academy of Culinary Arts Cambodia on creating customized ‘slow food’ sustainable snacks, and with the Ministry of Commerce on the sustainable development of Cambodia’s food processing sector through the growth of value added packaged food products.
